GOOD ADDICTIONS

We all have our addictions. We are addicted to our families, religions, food, etc. Some are addicted to work and careers. Some are addicted to alcohol and drugs. Some addictions are good and some are bad for us. What matters is having more good addictions than bad ones. And it might help to reduce our addiction to the bad ones. If possible completely eliminate them.

All addictions begin with a simple trial. Before you know it you are completely hooked. Best to be careful with the things you want to try out. Try to stay far from people with addictions you are trying to avoid. If you are struggling with alcohol hanging out with your beer drinking buddies will not help.

Cultivate good addictions like eating healthy, working out, reading, meditation, persistence, positive thinking, etc. In the end we are all addicted to something. At least we get to choose our addictions.
