Missed Opportunities

“You can’t lose something you never had.”

I recall a pretty girl I had a crush on back in school. I bumped into her recently and I am glad that interest didn’t materialize. Sometimes we miss opportunities and in the moment it can be painful. However a missed opportunity could be the best thing to happen to you. It could be the trigger to start something great.

Taking up that opportunity could mean losing other opportunities. Some opportunities only become visible when we let go of certain things. When one door closes another window opens up. So don’t beat yourself up for missing up on something. You are destined for much bigger things. You just have to be a little bit patient.
