What’s your plan?

We all have big dreams. The challenge is many of us don’t have big plans to make these dreams a reality. The bridge between reality and dreams is planned action. The plans should be practical and expressed in continuous action. It helps if the plan is written down where it can be analyzed at a later stage. The plan should be shared with someone who can hold you accountable. The plan should be flexible enough to vary with circumstances.

Planning is both an art and a science. Once the plan is derived it should then be acted upon. As we act and gain more experience we should continuously fine tune our plans and keep pushing until we achieve our dreams.
