When we move towards anything worthwhile, we definitely encounter problems. These problems cause pain, and we stumble.
We should diagnose the problem and identify the root causes. The problems usually come from our weaknesses, blind spots, and other external events.
Once we find the root cause we should come up with solutions and corrective actions.
Then we should implement these solutions.
This process should be repeated several times until we achieve our goals.
This approach is a form of validated learning where we form a hypothesis of the future, experiment, get feedback, and then make appropriate changes.
Remember always that pain plus reflection equals progress.
